My goal is to collaborate with you to help you focus on your strengths, overcome your challenges, and find fulfillment in your daily life. I work with adolescents and adults and strive to create a safe space, where you can share your thoughts and concerns without fear of judgment. I will provide time and space to help you process your life experiences, grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or life transitions. We can find ways to replace self-defeating thoughts with empowering beliefs, while building self-confidence and coping skills to maximize your ability to enjoy life.
I approach each person as a unique individual and tailor counseling to emphasize your strengths and address your concerns. I use evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and values.
